Friendly staff, Very clean facilities, well maintained. We were so happy staying at this wonderful campsite, it was quiet and we were able to select our own pitch. Fresh bread available daily great location for visiting small surrounding villages with a car. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay, beautiful pitch looking out at the river. Lovely lady at the reception, fresh croissants in the morning. Even workout equipment for the grown ups to play. We loved it.

Good sized pitches but wish I’d thought more about the thick canopy of trees which the sun or even sky couldn’t penetrate. My fault though. Loved the issuing of compost box and recycling tub on arrival.
The ‘river beach’ was deep mud in places. My dog got filthy. Photos look better than reality.

Good pitch size. Whole site was well kept and reception area very pretty. It was a fair sized campsite but well laid out so didn’t feel like it which was great.
Push button tap to fill a water hog took a while but just nitpicking really!

The site was quiet and we could sit watching the river from our pitch. The pitches are marked with hedges. The facilities are clean. We were able to get walking and cycling maps which made our stay perfect and had pizza one night too. Thank you.
Some showers were warmer than others. The showers in the largest top block were quite cool and there wasn't much light here. We soon got to know the showers that were best!

We particularly liked the covered terrace, somewhere we could stay outside in the pouring rain[and still use our little gas barbeque], and somewhere to shelter when it was really hot -we experienced both during our stay! Thoroughly recommend this site.

Nous œuvrons au quotidien afin d’offrir à nos hôtes des prestations de bonne qualité tout en assurant à notre clientèle un environnement familiale et authentique. Du coup, ça nous tient à cœur de savoir ...... et nous nous interrogeons pour vous et pour toutes les personnes qui liront cette réponse à votre commentaire ……………. D’ailleurs nous vous remercions à nouveau de pouvoir rebondir sur votre avis. Le tarif pour un emplacement de camping, en Avant et Après saison 17€/nuit + (taxe de séjour que nous reversons en totalité) pour 2 personnes avec électricité et ensuite selon la période c’est 20€ et pleine saison 23€. Votre analyse pour l’estimation du « qualité/prix » est-elle faite sur les installations que vous pouvez trouver sur le camping (sanitaire, espace de vie, jeux, locatif…) sur l’état et la propreté qui demande du temps, des salariés et des prêts à la banque ? A combien estimez-vous un emplacement de camping au calme, en Périgord Vert, à Jumilhac Le grand, avec les installations, les services et notre travail quotidien que vous avez pu constater chez nous ? Pour la climatisation, nous faisons confiance au phénomène naturel, nous espérons que nos vacanciers aiment vivre dehors lorsqu’ils sont en vacances. Qu’ils veulent profiter du grand air, de la vue, boire un apéritif sur la terrasse, bouquiner sous un arbre. Qu’ils n’ont pas envie de rester cloîtrés dans un environnement confiné, même climatisé……….. Nous avons la chance d’être au milieu d’une forêt avec des arbres qui nous protègent du soleil 😉, la rivière nous apporte son effet fraicheur également. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous revoir.
