We stayed here for 5 nights. It was towards the end of the season so it was not too busy. There are bus transport links into La Rochelle, which takes around 20 minutes. There are also cycle paths that link the site to La Rochelle and Il De Re The toilets and showers were kept clean. The site is next to a large out of town shopping complex
You get some road noise during the evening, due to its location to the shopping vomplex

We had a touring caravan and had ample space for an awning. Electric hook up was on the pitch but water point was at the shower/toilet block

The pitch was not suitable for a large caravan and exceptionally uneven even though I booked for a 7.5 metre caravan.
The area that the site is in becomes a race track for cars and motorcycles at night. Exceptionally noisy. I would not stay here again. A shame really La Rochelle is a wonderful town and well worth visiting.

We loved that this site felt quite small even though it was a big site with many amenities. The location for visiting La Rochelle was great! Got the bus in and late night taxi out. The bakery opposite the entrance was lovely for breakfast!
