Lack of thought about facilities for disabled (even temporarily) people. e.g. the round pool is shallow, but has no rail to hang on to in order to get out. At the moment, I have a broken wrist and can't put pressure on it.

It is the second time that I stay at the campsite; and I like the peace and tranquility that it transmits. I cannot comment on the activities since I do not speak French and we have not participated in any of them.
Missing the fact that the camping staff can not speak Spanish or Basque; taking into account that we are very close to the accommodation and that there are quite a few people who speak that language staying. What's more, I am doing the satisfaction survey in English since it has not been sent in Spanish.

We loved the tranquility of the Arna camping, and also the respectful and committed with naturism environment. It's nice that you can stay for a week in the camping without missing anything from outside. Also we'd like to mention that the staff in the reception have been very gently.
In this stay we have dislike that in 2 different days groups of people have breached the rule of silence at 23pm in the barbacue zone near our accomodattion and no one of the security staff said nothing. We also think that the activity offer could be richer and in other lenguages different from french for the visitors. We also were disappointed with the decision of the management about banning the possibility of buying accommodations for non resident people.
