There is a wood at the foot of the hill on which the castle Biron and its village are located. Nestled in between those trees are our rentals. Each accommodation has between 50m² (540 sq.ft.) and 65m² (700 sq.ft.) living space as well as a spacious veranda between 15m² (160 sq.ft.) and 20m² (220 sq.ft.). The general atmosphere and friendly staff are great and so was the glamping tent.
The remote position forced us to use the car every day. Most of the touristic activities are 30 to 60 minutes away from Biron.

The location was amazing, in the middle of the forest, the tent we stayed in was brand new and very well made, we loved it. Also the Dordogne is a great spot to do all sorts of trips and scout the surroundings, absolutely loved it.

Castle wood has such a relaxed vibe, with the cabins tucked away in the trees! The pool is amazing! The braai/barbecue area is great too

The peace and quiet of the domain but within easy reach of places of interest. The chalets are fully equipped to a high standard.

Spacious accommodation, well equipped, well insulated, excellent design. Even in the periods of rain, the veranda was a welcome space to continue to unwind.

Nous avons apprécié le cadre au milieu des arbres et le calme du lieu. Nous avons été comme toujours très bien accueilli. Un séjour très agréable en famille avec départ randonnée sympathique depuis le site .

La chaleur du bois et la luminosité de la pièce de vie. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et la vue sur le château de Biron.
L escalier pour descendre vers l'espace nuit qui est sans doute un peu étroit.
